Things To Do
Take A Sky-High Ride

Hop aboard the cable car from Rike Park and enjoy the breathtaking views as you glide up to Sololaki Hill, which offers a splendid vista overlooking Tbilisi. At the top, take a moment to admire the impressive 20-metre-tall aluminium sculpture of the Mother of Georgia. Standing tall in her national dress, with a sword in one hand ready to defend and a cup of wine in the other to warmly welcome guests. Enjoy panoramic views of Tbilisi while you explore Nariakala Fortress, a fourth century wonder rich in history. Pack a picnic to savour amidst the cityscape, or opt for adventure by hiking down past Leghvtakhevi Waterfall, soaking in nature's beauty along the way. This experience combines culture, history, and stunning vistas in one visit!

Old Town Flavours

Fancy a jaunt through Tbilisi's Old Town? It's an absolute place of charm and history, and it's perfect for a stroll. Kick off your adventure by eyeing the stunning architecture in Sololaki. Once you've soaked up the sights there, walk through the spruced-up Gudiashvili Square and make a beeline for Shavteli Street. That's where you'll find the Gabriadze Theatre, famous for its wonky clock tower, and the Anchiskhati Basilica, which has been standing proud since the 6th century AD! Don't forget to take a gander at the wavy Bridge of Peace as you wander along the riverside towards Metekhi Cathedral and Queen Darejan's Palace. It's like stepping back in time! If you fancy a bit of guidance along the way, why not join a walking tour? Just remember, if they say it's free, it's just tip-based, so make sure you've got some quid to spare.

Taste Some Georgian Wine

If you're in Tbilisi for the day, you really must stop by Georgia's vineyards; they have an amazing history of grape juice production dating back 8,000 years. Get your vino fix at Flags Wine Bar on Akhvlediani for a cracking choice of wines. It's the perfect place to sip, swirl, and savour. And if you're feeling a bit peckish after a few glasses (or five), drop by Ghvinis Kurdebi in the old Wine Factory. They dish up traditional Georgian grub that pairs a treat with the local wine.

Check Out Georgian Stonehenge

If you fancy a bit of adventure off the beaten path, visit Georgian Stonehenge, the hidden gem tucked 9 miles drive from the hustle near the Tbilisi Sea. Sculpted by architect Zurab Tsereteli back in '85, this structure boasts 16 majestic pillars standing tall at a whopping 35 metres each. These towering pillars are like a visual feast of Georgian history, with each one telling a tale. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture the striking backdrop of the pillars against the sky which makes for fantastic photographs. You won't regret it, we promise!

Don't Miss The Kisa Scrub

If you're in the mood for a little pampering and a whole lot of relaxation, a trip to the sulphur baths is an absolute must-do. The word on the street is that these baths are the very reason this city got built in the first place. Head on over to Abanotubuani (bathhouse) and treat yourself to a private room, where you can steam away your worries solo or with your mates. And here's the tip: don't even think about leaving without indulging in a Kisa scrub. Trust us, your skin will thank you later! So, what are you waiting for? Get ready to scrub, soak, and savour every steamy moment in these legendary sulphur baths.
