HOLIDAY BEST LIMITED

SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

Our vision here at the Holiday Best family is to achieve “More Sustainable Tourism” activity for our guests, employees, business partners and local communities.

We will consider a full range of impacts that may directly or indirectly influence the environment during our activities. We are aware of our responsibilities regarding the identification, examination, management, evaluation, periodic review and improvement of environmental hazards and the effects that these hazards may cause. We act in accordance with all national and international laws and regulations. In this process, all feedback from local governments, guests, employees or business partners is very valuable to us, and we have an experienced team that handles all feedback and reviews and ensures improvements are made as a result.

As we implement our plans for “More Sustainable Tourism”, we are working to protect our environment and reduce waste in the regions where our destinations are located, to promote the traditions and culture of the regions, to protect sensitive areas, and to provide job opportunities for the people in the regions regardless of religion, language or race.

We also follow technological developments to ensure the correct use of natural resources for "More Sustainable Tourism".

We carry out our work in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the GSTC criteria to ensure our holidays demonstrate social and environmental good practice.

The Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) establishes and manages global standards for sustainability in travel and tourism. As a GSTC member all hotels within our Holiday Best portfolio are classed as sustainability-certified only if they have met the detailed GSTC Criteria or equivalent GSTC-Recognized Standards.

At the end of each year, we will share with you our goals for "More Sustainable Tourism" on our website.

Thank you
