Planned industrial action affecting some airports in Spain/Spanish Islands

Groundforce staff represented by three unions, will begin an open‑ended strike on 30 March, with daily stoppages from 05:00 - 07:00, 11:00 - 17:00 and 22:00 - 00:00.

The strike action will affect 12 airports in Spain: Madrid‑Barajas, Barcelona‑El Prat, Palma de Mallorca, Alicante, Málaga, Gran Canaria, Tenerife South, Tenerife North, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Valencia, Ibiza and Bilbao.
 
Groundforce provides baggage, push-back and ramp services for Air Europa and several other airlines including leisure airlines Condor, SunExpress, TUI Fly, and Jet2.com
