Chamonix Ski Holidays

Epic ski adventures in the midst of France’s biggest glacier, Mont Blanc's jaw dropping backdrop and an iconic alpine village

Chamonix shines as one of France's most ancient and illustrious ski resorts. It proudly played host to the inaugural Winter Olympics back in 1924, setting a standard that still thrives today. While its ski area, spanning 150 kilometers, may seem modest in size compared to some, it's an unrivaled playground for the seasoned skier.

Oozing with cosmopolitan charm, this town heaving with bars and restaurants, pampering spas and ice caves has attracted globetrotters since the 18th century. Stroll the car-free streets and soak in the striking Art Deco and Art Nouveau architecture, seamlessly weaving among Savoyard structures and boutiques catering to all your sporting needs. But when the sun dips below the peaks, Chamonix transforms into a nightlife wonderland that you simply can't afford to miss. Whether your heart beats for glass box vistas and helicopter rides or live music and late-night cocktails, Chamonix has it all.
